Alert: Beware of Fake or Fraudulent Job Offers

Case Reported: October 2025

We are aware of an ongoing scam operated by malicious parties impersonating SIFT or its employees. These fraudulent activities often appear as requests for fake employment opportunities. The scammers reach out via Telegram, Signal, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, or email. Common examples include:

  • Messages targeting job seekers, asking for “recruitment” payments to cover costs related to supposed SIFT job applications.

  • Fake job or survey offers where work is completed but payment is never made.

  • Emails from fake addresses (e.g., sift@gmail.com, recruiting@sift-hr-help.com) offering interviews or job placements.

Important:

SIFT, our employees, and partners are not involved in these scams and will never ask for payment for interviews, employment, or project work. We conduct all official business through verified SIFT email domains (@sift-ag.com). Our official website is www.sift-ag.com.

If You Currently Work with or Partner with SIFT

If you receive an unexpected or suspicious message, email, or call, please contact SIFT representative directly to verify its authenticity.

If you’re unsure about a communication that appears to come from SIFT, WhatsApp us or use the Contact Us form to confirm its legitimacy.

For Victims or Recipients of Fraudulent Offers

We understand that you may have received a fake job offer. Unfortunately, such scams are common. Fraudsters often use publicly available details (e.g., from social media) to make their messages appear credible.

Please remember:

SIFT does not conduct interviews or business through outside chat apps and does not request payment for any engagement.

Always verify any suspicious activity and communicate with us directly before responding.

Stay vigilant.

We regret any inconvenience caused by these fraudulent activities and appreciate your caution in helping maintain a safe and trustworthy professional environment.
